1. Website information

Website content is general information only. Water quality, property conditions, system suitability and treatment performance vary. Illustrations, before-and-after presentations, savings examples and product descriptions are indicative unless a written proposal or product specification states otherwise.

Nothing on the Website is medical advice, a water-safety certification or a guarantee that a particular system removes every contaminant. Arrange appropriate professional testing if you have health or safety concerns.

2. Quotes, products and services

An online enquiry is not an order or acceptance of a quote. Any supply or installation is subject to site assessment, product availability, a written quote and any separate sale, installation, warranty or program terms we provide. Prices, inclusions and availability may change before a quote is accepted.

3. Included sediment-filter program

References to included or “free” replacement sediment filters apply only to eligible Purify Me systems and the replacement sediment-filter cartridges identified in the written program terms supplied with the quote. Eligibility, replacement intervals, ordering, delivery, servicing, maintenance, transferability and exclusions are governed by those written terms. The program does not include unrelated cartridges, labour, call-outs or other services unless expressly stated.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Website, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it at an unreasonable rate, impersonate another person, or use it for unlawful, misleading or fraudulent activity.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Website content, branding, designs, text, graphics and code are owned by or licensed to Purify Me. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. No other licence is granted.

6. Third-party links and sister company

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content or practices. Purify Me and Electrify Me are sister companies and separate legal entities. Each business is responsible for its own products, services, representations and handling of personal information.

7. Availability and liability

We try to keep the Website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied terms and liability that may lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or reliance on, the Website.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
